Man in His 30s in Critical Condition After Weapon Attack in Gwangju Apartment Parking Lot

At an apartment parking lot in Gwangsan District, Gwangju, a man in his 40s attacked a man in his 30s with a weapon, leaving the victim in critical condition.

According to the Gwangju Gwangsan Police Station on October 19, at around 8:39 a.m. that day, a man in his 40s, identified as A, attacked a man in his 30s, identified as B, with a weapon in the parking lot of an apartment complex in Gwangsan District, Gwangju. B, who was injured, was transported to the hospital in cardiac arrest and is currently receiving treatment, but his condition is reported to be life-threatening.

According to the police, the incident took place at A's apartment, and it is reported that when B came to visit, A brought a weapon from his home and committed the crime.

Police, who responded to the report, arrested A at the scene in the act. The police are currently investigating the exact circumstances of the incident.
