17 Leading Companies from Northern Gyeongbuk to Participate
On-site Interviews and "Dream Talk Concert" Make It a Hub for Employment

A "gateway of opportunity" is opening for both young people and middle-aged job seekers.


The city of Mungyeong has announced that the "2025 Gyeongbuk Dream Job Festa in Mungyeong" will be held at Mungyeong Gymnasium on October 21 at 2:00 p.m.

This job fair is co-hosted by the Yeongju branch of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, and Mungyeong City, with employment support agencies such as the Mungyeong Youth Center and the Middle-aged Tomorrow Center collaborating in its organization.


◆ 17 Leading Local Companies Participating... 85 Positions to be Filled, On-site Interviews Available
Seventeen major companies from northern Gyeongsangbuk-do, including those in auto parts, food, hospitality, and manufacturing, will participate in the fair, aiming to hire a total of 85 talents.


Notably, the "Dream Talk Concert," featuring Novelis Korea and Allpum, will facilitate lively communication between corporate HR representatives and young job seekers, sharing practical job-seeking know-how and the latest industry trends.


On the day of the event, participants can write their resumes on-site and immediately take part in interviews. Job postings will also be available on the Employment 24 platform.


◆ From Career Counseling to Image-Making... "One-Stop Employment Service"


At the venue, a variety of employment support agencies-including the Employment & Welfare Plus Center, Mungyeong Youth Center, and Gyeongbuk Regional Job Center-will provide personalized career counseling.


Additionally, the "One-Stop Employment Support Zone" will offer various side events such as personal color analysis, career tarot readings, and ID photo shoots, helping job seekers boost their confidence.


Kim Donghyun, Head of the Job and Economy Division at Mungyeong City, stated, "This fair will serve as a platform for win-win communication between companies and job seekers, and as an opportunity to revitalize the local economy. Mungyeong City will continue to pursue practical employment policies so that both young and middle-aged residents can achieve their dreams within the region."
