Samyang Foods' global pasta brand "Tangle" is sponsoring and participating in the 22nd Jara Island Jazz Festival.
On October 17, Samyang Foods announced that it will operate a "Tangle" brand experience booth at Jazz Island on Jara Island in Gapyeong until October 19, introducing Tangle products to visitors.
"Tangle" is a protein pasta product based on dried noodles, enhanced with protein and dietary fiber using chickpeas, and is positioned as a healthy and convenient meal option. The company explained that it decided to participate in this event because it resonates with the festival's purpose of pursuing healthy relaxation and enjoyment through music.

At the on-site booth, various programs will be offered to let visitors experience Tangle's unique value as a "convenient pasta that combines both taste and nutrition." Visitors can sample all three varieties of Tangle (Chunk Tomato Pasta, Garlic Oil Pasta, and Mushroom Cream Pasta) and try out the quick, waterless cooking method in a dedicated cooking area. In addition, there will be mini-games, social media certification events, and a variety of entertainment activities, with generous prizes for participants.
A Samyang Foods representative stated, "We are participating to showcase Tangle as a healthy and delicious meal in the free-spirited atmosphere of the Jara Island Jazz Festival," adding, "We hope consumers enjoy a convenient yet satisfying meal experience with Tangle, which offers both taste and nutrition."
Meanwhile, the Jara Island Jazz Festival, which began in 2004, has become one of Asia's leading music festivals, surpassing 3 million cumulative attendees and celebrating its 22nd edition this year. This year's festival will feature world-class musicians such as the Freecell Trio, Wolfgang Muthspiel Trio, and Mathias Eick Quintet, captivating jazz fans from Korea and abroad.
