Hana Bank announced on the 17th that it has signed a business agreement with the Kansong Art and Cultural Foundation at the Kansong Art Museum in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, to promote heritage donation activation and spread the value of culture and arts.


This agreement was established to enable anyone to easily share their heritage with society and contribute to the preservation of cultural heritage and the spread of cultural and artistic values by expanding and establishing a culture of donation.


Hana Bank will provide financial solutions through customized trust designs based on customers' life cycles and financial needs, actively supporting accurate and transparent posthumous donation activities. The Kansong Art and Cultural Foundation plans to use the donations for projects that promote culture and the arts, such as research, education, preservation, and exhibition of Korean cultural heritage.


In addition, Hana Bank and the Kansong Art and Cultural Foundation have agreed to strengthen their cooperation by expanding the inflow and marketing of heritage donors and potential donors, and by providing specialized art services to Hana Bank customers.


A Hana Bank representative stated, "This agreement is significant as it marks the first step for the financial sector and cultural foundations to join hands in building a donation culture ecosystem," adding, "We will continue to ensure that our customers' heritage is expanded into social value through living trusts and donation trusts, and strive to promote a culture of donation for a sustainable future."


The Kansong Art and Cultural Foundation operates the Kansong Art Museum, the first private art museum in Korea, and holds numerous national treasures and treasures. As a leading cultural foundation, it has contributed to the development of culture and the arts through various activities such as exhibitions, research, and education to inherit and widely spread the value of traditional culture.


Meanwhile, Hana Bank launched 'Hana Living Trust,' the first living trust brand in the Korean financial sector, in 2010, providing comprehensive asset management solutions based on trusts for cash, real estate, stocks, and more. The bank has also signed agreements with more than 140 donation organizations nationwide to ensure that donors' intentions are realized in a stable and transparent manner.
