Shipments Dispatched Three Times a Week
on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays
Kurly's U.S. cross-border direct purchase service, Kurly USA Mall, officially launched on October 16.
On this day, Kurly announced via social media that it had converted the previously pre-opened, closed Kurly USA Mall into a public mall. Until now, customers had to apply for membership and receive approval before using the service, but now they can purchase products immediately without any approval process.
Products ordered from Kurly USA Mall are shipped from the Pyeongtaek logistics center, pass through Incheon International Airport, and are delivered directly by air to all 50 states in the United States. Once customs clearance is complete, the purchased items are delivered to customers' homes via DHL.
Kurly has added Korean products that are difficult to find in the U.S. to the USA Mall to coincide with the transition to a public mall, offering more than 9,000 types of products. To maintain product freshness and ensure reliable delivery, shipments are dispatched only three times a week-on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Kurly explained that if customs clearance occurs over the weekend, deliveries may be delayed, so this schedule is intended to minimize such risks.
Kurly expects the delivery period to take between 3 and 7 days from the shipping date.
