Muan County Urgently Launches Electronic Civil Service Portal Following Suspension of National Sinmungo Service

Available After Simple Verification on the Website

Muan County Urgently Launches Electronic Civil Service Portal Following Suspension of National Sinmungo Service Muan County has urgently launched an electronic civil service window to address difficulties in using the currently suspended National Sinmungo service.

Muan County in South Jeolla Province announced on October 16 that it has urgently established its own online civil service portal to minimize inconvenience for residents following the suspension of the National Sinmungo service due to a fire at the National Information Resources Service.

Since October 13, the county has been operating the "Muan County Electronic Civil Service Portal," which is accessible to anyone after a simple identity verification process on the main page of the county office's website.

This electronic civil service portal will be operated temporarily until the National Sinmungo service is restored, and it is expected to alleviate the inconvenience previously experienced by residents who had to visit township offices or the county office in person.

Choi Youngin, head of the Civil Affairs and Land Information Division of Muan County, stated, "We quickly established an alternative portal to ensure that residents do not experience inconvenience due to the suspension of the National Sinmungo service," adding, "We will provide stable and prompt civil services to realize trusted administration."
