Jangnam Entrusted Complex Receives Award
for Excellence in Human Rights-Centered Apartment Management
Shinheung E-Pyunhansesang Apartment, a complex in Jochiwon-eup, managed by Jangnam Co., Ltd. and located in Sejong City, was recognized for its outstanding performance in apartment complex management and its achievements in human rights-centered community operations. The complex received an award and a certification plaque, along with an autonomous project fund of 10 million won.
To be selected as an exemplary management complex, the Management Innovation Support Department at the Jangnam Co., Ltd. headquarters conducted preliminary consulting and comprehensive guidance and inspections of the management operations. According to Jangnam, the complex received high marks in various areas, including transparent accounting management, enhanced communication with residents, and the establishment of a culture that respects human rights.
The award ceremony, held on October 15 at the Hangeul Sarang Sejong Book Culture Center in Sejong City Hall, was attended by the chairman of Shinheung E-Pyunhansesang, representatives from each building, the women's association president, village leaders, management office staff, employees, the head of the residents' livelihood association, as well as the CEO of Jangnam Co., Ltd. and the management office heads from its affiliated complexes, all sharing in the significance of the award.
Im Heonju, chairman of the residents' representative council, stated, "I would like to express my deep gratitude to the mayor and all those involved for selecting us as an exemplary management complex. This award is thanks to the dedication and cooperation of all residents, including the executives and staff of Jangnam Co., Ltd., who are responsible for the entrusted management, the passionate management office staff, and all the building representatives, village leaders, and women's association presidents."
Hwang Eunja, the head of the management office, added, "Moving forward, we will continue to improve employees' human rights and foster a family-like work environment, so that all residents can live together as a community. We will strive to be a truly exemplary complex that sets an example for others. Once again, I would like to express my deep gratitude to the mayor and the housing department staff who are working hard for the development of Sejong City and the revitalization of the community."
