Maximum Occupancy Period of Three Years
The Startup Incubation Center in Wanju County, North Jeolla Province, is recruiting tenant companies until November 7, following the expiration of the current tenants' occupancy period.
According to the county on October 16, eligible applicants include communities and social enterprises that can contribute to revitalizing local communities in Wanju County, as well as (preliminary) companies with new business ideas that can help boost the local economy.
Applicants must be prospective entrepreneurs planning to start a business in Wanju County or companies that have been in business for less than three years since October 15, 2022. Companies must either have a business location in Wanju County or plan to relocate there within two months of moving in.
The center will accept up to three companies. The initial occupancy period is two years, with the possibility of a one-year extension, allowing a maximum stay of three years. The allocation of incubation offices will be determined through mutual agreement after final selection.
Selected companies will be able to use office space for business activities at a low cost and will have free access to shared facilities such as the Imagination Planet Cafe, seminar rooms, meeting rooms, and learning centers, as well as shared office equipment.
