For the inaugural broadcast, Kim Woochang, Secretary for National AI Policy, will appear alongside Deputy Spokesperson Jeon Eunsu to explain the "Vision for Asia’s AI Capital" policy. They plan to present the Lee Jaemyung administration’s strategy for building an artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure hub and the core policies aimed at making Korea one of the top three AI powerhouses, all in a way that is easy for the public to understand. The broadcast will also introduce specific implementation plans for global cooperation, including memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with BlackRock and OpenAI, the construction of data centers, and the development of the AI semiconductor ecosystem. Answers to questions will be provided, and real-time communication will take place through YouTube comments.

The Presidential Office will open the studio to the press corps in conjunction with this program. Domestic and international reporters accredited to the Presidential Office will be able to reserve the first-floor studio and use its filming and editing equipment to produce their own policy content. According to the Presidential Office, this move signifies a shift from one-way policy delivery to an open digital communication system that shares state affairs through diverse perspectives and voices.

The Presidential Office also plans to continue live broadcasts after the relocation from the Blue House, accumulating experience by collaborating with KTV and broadcast technology experts to ensure technical stability. A Presidential Office official stated, "This is a new attempt to communicate more closely with the public. By utilizing national infrastructure, we will strengthen our policy communication channels and create an opportunity to enhance policy transparency and communication."
