BNK Kyongnam Bank Offers "Customized Work Experience Opportunities" to Local Youth Providing customized work experience opportunities.

The Future Tomorrow Work Experience Program is designed to help young people enhance their employability by allowing them to gain hands-on experience in actual corporate settings.

The two organizations offered a total of 49 young participants the chance to experience key roles in the financial sector, such as business administration and IT, to support their first steps into society and assist them in exploring stable career paths.

In particular, BNK Kyongnam Bank operated the program using a "customized management approach," matching participants to departments based on their skills and aptitudes through preliminary interviews.

The participating young people were assigned to major departments at the bank's headquarters, where they had the opportunity to develop the basic qualities required of bankers.

The two organizations evaluated that this program provided young people with an opportunity to broaden their understanding of the financial sector as a whole through real work experience, rather than just simple training.

Choi Jinkwon, Executive Director of BNK Kyongnam Bank, stated, "By providing local young people with practical on-site experience, we hope to enhance their employment competitiveness and at the same time lay a foundation for stable growth. As a financial institution that grows together with the local community, BNK Kyongnam Bank will continue to fulfill its social responsibilities."

A representative from the Changwon branch of JM Career said, "We hope that the young people who participated in this program gained confidence by experiencing key roles in the financial sector. We will continue to do our best to collaborate with various companies to provide more young people with opportunities to explore career paths and grow."

Meanwhile, BNK Kyongnam Bank and the Changwon branch of JM Career plan to continue promoting projects to create youth-friendly jobs and foster local talent, building on the achievements of this initiative.
