Samil PwC Launches AI Solution Integrating Entire Internal Accounting Compliance Process

"Efficient Management of Internal Accounting Tasks with Advanced AI"
Expanding Overseas... "A New Standard for Internal Accounting Management"

Samil PwC announced on October 15 that it has officially launched the “K-SOX Hub,” the first solution in Korea to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) throughout the entire internal accounting management system compliance process. With this solution, the company aims to set a new standard for Korea’s internal accounting management system and lead the industry’s digital transformation.

Samil PwC Launches AI Solution Integrating Entire Internal Accounting Compliance Process

Previously, in April, Samil PwC released Korea’s first AI solution for evaluating the operation of internal accounting management systems. The new K-SOX Hub is an AI-powered internal accounting solution that covers the entire compliance process, including operation, risk, and design evaluation, management of deficiencies, and response to external auditors. Unlike previous partial proof-of-concept solutions in the domestic internal accounting market, it is now available in a form that can be immediately adopted for commercial use.

K-SOX Hub incorporates the latest AI technology to enhance productivity and evaluation quality across all internal accounting processes. Its completeness has already been proven through application at PwC’s internal sites, and it can be rapidly introduced to a variety of corporate environments regardless of industry or size. The solution was co-developed with BQrus Information Technology, a company specializing in system integration (SI) and solutions, to further strengthen its practical effectiveness.

Samil PwC is also working to expand into overseas markets through collaboration with the PwC global network. The core intellectual property (IP) developed by Samil PwC is applicable to global markets, and discussions are currently underway with key regions including India and Indonesia.

Lee Seunghwan, Deputy CEO and AX Node Leader at Samil PwC, stated, “The AI-based compliance innovation is not limited to internal accounting management systems but can be expanded to various compliance regimes. Company representatives who attended the demonstration evaluated that AI support for not only control verification but also control design would be of great help in actual work.”
