[Today’s New Product] “Embracing the Great Outdoors”… Everyone’s Bucket List ‘Africa’

An itinerary covering six key African countries from Kenya to South Africa, plus Dubai

Modetour announced on October 15 that it has launched a special long-haul travel exhibition, "Everyone's Bucket List Africa," featuring a differentiated itinerary targeting premium customers and covering six key African countries and Dubai.

[Today’s New Product] “Embracing the Great Outdoors”… Everyone’s Bucket List ‘Africa’

This special exhibition offers a long-distance themed itinerary that allows travelers to visit a total of seven countries at once: the six major African countries of Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, and South Africa, as well as the United Arab Emirates.

The flagship product, "[Modu Signature] Six African Countries + Dubai, 15 Days," includes travel from Incheon to Dubai on Korean Air, followed by a flight to Cape Town, South Africa, on Emirates. Accommodations feature at least four nights in five-star hotels and premium safari lodges. Notably, the itinerary includes a one-night stay at the ultra-luxury Palazzo Versace Dubai. All meals and entrance fees to tourist attractions are included, with a no-tip, no-option policy to minimize local expenses, and a no-shopping schedule to allow travelers to focus on the experience.

The main itinerary centers around Africa's iconic national parks, featuring a total of seven real safari tours. In Botswana's Chobe National Park, travelers can enjoy both drive and boat safaris, while at Lake Naivasha in Kenya, the boat safari and Crescent Island walking safari offer diverse experiences of the region's unique ecology. In Ngorongoro and Serengeti National Parks, three "safari game drives" are scheduled, allowing participants to observe wildlife across vast grasslands.

Beyond safaris, the itinerary also includes special activities for a multi-dimensional experience of Africa's nature and culture. Highlights include feeding giraffes at the Giraffe Centre in Kenya, visiting a Maasai village, and sampling Kilimanjaro coffee for a direct taste of local culture. The tour also features sightseeing at Victoria Falls-one of the world's three largest waterfalls-from both Zambia and Zimbabwe, a helicopter tour, a cable car ride up Table Mountain in South Africa, and visits to Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point.

Local gourmet experiences are also included. Travelers can enjoy a unique meal of traditional African wild game BBQ "nyama choma" accompanied by the "Safari Cats Show," a traditional local performance. The itinerary also features a sunset cruise dinner on the Zambezi River, steak at a rooftop restaurant in Cape Town, a Japanese set menu in Nairobi, and South Africa's famous fresh lobster dish, among other culinary highlights.

Lee Daehyuk, Head of Product Division at Modetour, stated, "Africa is a special destination where vast nature and vibrant culture come together, and this product is designed to help customers realize their once-in-a-lifetime bucket list dream trip." He added, "We will continue to introduce premium travel products and differentiated content tailored to our customers' expectations."
