The Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters announced that as of 9:00 p.m. on October 13, 284 out of 709 government computer systems had been restored. Additional systems restored include the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's disaster management work portal, storm and flood insurance, integrated website infrastructure system, and permanent preservation format conversion management system.
The recovery rate stands at 40.1%. It has surpassed 40% eighteen days after the fire at the National Information Resources Service (NIRS) Daejeon headquarters.
The recovery rate by grade is as follows: Grade 1 at 77.5% (31 systems), Grade 2 at 51.5% (35 systems), Grade 3 at 45.2% (118 systems), and Grade 4 at 29.4% (100 systems).
