Namyangju City and Line Construction Sign Agreement... Dedicated Space for Youth and Young Adults to Open in Byeollae-dong Joo Kwangdeok, mayor of Namyangju City, signed a business agreement on the 13th with Gong Byungtak, CEO of Line Construction Co., Ltd., the parent company of Paragon Square at Byeollae Station, for the free provision of space to support youth and young adults. This agreement aims to support the growth and independence of youth and young adults. The main content is that Line Construction will provide approximately 660 square meters of space and 12 rooms within Paragon Square free of charge.

Through this, the 'Fun Ground Byeollae' and a youth startup lab with 12 rooms will be established. This initiative is expected to become a new exemplary case of mutual cooperation among businesses, government, and the local community by supporting the growth of youth and young adults, revitalizing the local commercial district, and promoting collaboration between the private and public sectors.

'Fun Ground Byeollae' was originally planned to be created within the Byeollae Complex Community Center, which is scheduled for completion in 2029. However, through this agreement, it will be able to open first within Paragon Square. As Line Construction will provide the space free of charge for five years, it is expected that approximately 16,000 youth in the Byeollae area will have access to a dedicated space before the new facility is completed, helping to address the shortage of youth facilities.

In addition, the youth startup lab will offer 12 startup spaces to young entrepreneurs free of charge for up to three years, and is expected to contribute to communication with local residents and revitalization of the commercial district through flea markets, performances, and community events.

Mayor Joo Kwangdeok stated, "I would like to express my gratitude to Line Construction Co., Ltd. for providing space for public purposes to the city free of charge," and added, "In return for your support, we will implement high-quality policies for the youth and young adults of our city, and the city will actively cooperate to revitalize the local commercial district."

Meanwhile, recruitment for the youth startup lab will take place in November, and 'Fun Ground Byeollae' is scheduled to open in the first half of next year.
