Out of the 709 government computer network systems that were paralyzed due to the fire at the main Daejeon office of the National Intelligence Resources Management Agency (NIRA), 238 have been restored.
According to the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters, as of 6 a.m. on October 11, a total of 238 systems have returned to normal operation, representing a recovery rate of 33.6%.

Newly restored systems include the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's Safety Standards Registration Management System, the Personal Information Protection Commission's "Find My Leaked Information" service, the Ministry of Employment and Labor's Fine Management System, and the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries' Integrated Marine Environment Information Management System, among a total of seven systems.
The government classifies information systems into four grades according to their importance and impact. Among the highest-priority Grade 1 systems, 30 out of 40 have been restored, resulting in a recovery rate of 75%. For Grade 2, 32 out of 68 systems (47.1%) have been restored; for Grade 3, 101 out of 261 systems (38.7%); and for Grade 4, 75 out of 340 systems (22.1%) have been restored.
The government expects that, with the introduction of new computer equipment, the number of restored systems will increase rapidly starting from October 15.
