This tournament is scheduled to be broadcast live to approximately 570 million households in over 170 countries worldwide. The organizers expect between 50,000 and 60,000 spectators to attend during the event.

The county has formed a comprehensive preparation committee with the county council, local related organizations, and social groups. Together, they have been working on facility inspections, traffic, safety and medical measures, and regional promotional strategies. In particular, to alleviate traffic congestion, the county has established a temporary parking lot with 1,920 spaces near the tournament venue, as well as additional lots with 3,800 spaces in front of Sani Garden in Guseong-ri, Sani-myeon, and 500 spaces within the Usuyeong Tourist Site.

From October 16 to 19, shuttle buses will operate every five minutes from the temporary parking lot in front of Sani Garden. On October 18 and 19, additional shuttle buses will run from the Usuyeong Tourist Complex and Haenam-eup Terminal. During the tournament, the county will operate a comprehensive situation room, provide emergency medical booths, and offer volunteer services to ensure the event proceeds safely and smoothly.

The county sees this tournament as a golden opportunity to promote Haenam on the global stage. Promotional booths for Haenam’s tourist attractions and specialty products will be set up at the venue, and there will be a kimchi-making experience event for both players and spectators. In addition, tourists who hold golf tournament tickets and post a review of their visit to Haenam’s attractions on social media will receive Haenam’s specialty "ice roasted sweet potatoes" on a first-come, first-served basis for up to 300 people.

Furthermore, from October 15 to 20, tourists who bring a travel guidebook published by Haenam County will be able to visit up to seven paid tourist attractions, including Duryunsan Cable Car and Myeongnyang Marine Cable Car, at discounts of up to 50%.

County Governor Myung stated, "We expect this tournament to enhance Haenam County’s reputation and greatly contribute to revitalizing the local economy and tourism. We will do our utmost in the remaining period to ensure a successful event."
