Yangyang Cultural Foundation and Gwanak Cultural Foundation Sign Agreement to Promote Development and Exchange of Cultural Arts

Mutual Cooperation to Expand Cultural Enjoyment for Local Residents and Artists

Yangyang Cultural Foundation (Executive Director Choi Taeseop) and Gwanak Cultural Foundation (CEO So Hongsam) signed a business agreement on the 10th to establish a cooperative system for the development and revitalization of cultural arts exchange.

The signing ceremony was held at the Yangyang Cultural Foundation on the same day. Both foundations pledged to pursue various collaborative projects to expand cultural enjoyment for local residents and to contribute to the development of local culture and the arts.


The specific details of the agreement include mutual cooperation to contribute to community development by sharing capabilities related to festivals and cultural projects; joint efforts to expand cultural enjoyment for local residents and artists through information exchange for arts education and program operations; and mutual cooperation to enhance cultural welfare by exchanging human and material resources in support of cultural welfare projects. This agreement is expected to serve as a significant milestone in the advancement of local culture.


Choi Taeseop, Executive Director of Yangyang Cultural Foundation, stated, "Through this business agreement with Gwanak Cultural Foundation, we will share our resources and capabilities to further broaden the scope of community development and mutual exchange and cooperation."


So Hongsam, CEO of Gwanak Cultural Foundation, said, "With this agreement with Yangyang Cultural Foundation as a starting point, the Seoul metropolitan area and Gangwon region will work closely together to create cultural diversity and a sustainable model for regional cultural development."
