The application period for the 2025 second half large-scale open recruitment at MIDAS Group, which includes MIDAS IT, the world's leading company in construction engineering software, and MIDASIN, Korea's top HR solutions provider, will close on October 12.


This large-scale open recruitment, the first in two years, is being conducted to secure future growth drivers for 2030, and is open to both entry-level and experienced candidates. In particular, the process will focus on practical job performance capabilities and growth potential rather than academic background, educational pedigree, or certifications, and will proceed without a cover letter screening stage.


The recruitment areas include a total of 25 positions in four categories: ▲Infinity (Open Positions), ▲Core (Finance, Business Support, HRD, etc.), ▲Maker (Development, AI and LLM Service Development, Data Engineering, etc.), and ▲Frontier (Domestic and International Sales, Marketing, etc.).


Among these, the "Open Positions" category selects entry-level applicants without specifying a particular role, and assigns them to the most suitable position after assessing their capabilities during the onboarding training period. In addition, all applicants, regardless of experience, may apply for up to three positions simultaneously, providing a wide range of career options.


The recruitment process consists of: ▲Application Submission (until October 12), ▲AI Competency Test, ▲Coffee Chat, and ▲Announcement of Successful Candidates. Final candidates are scheduled to join the company in December. Applicants can take the AI Competency Test up to five times under the same conditions as the actual exam through the talent-matching platform "JOBDA," and may also submit results from previous attempts.
