This evaluation was conducted based on nine common indicators, including efforts to achieve results and the appropriateness of the plans.

The city received high marks for its comprehensive analysis of the 2nd Year (2024) implementation results, the development of effective improvement measures, and the incorporation of these measures into the 3rd Year (2025) plan, ensuring strong alignment with the 8th mid- to long-term plan.

The city has established essential regional healthcare models, including the operation of the 365 Pediatric and Adolescent Clinic Center (January 2023), the Gumi+ Neonatal Intensive Care Center (March 2024), extended hours for obstetrics and pediatrics (January 2025), a public late-night pharmacy (March 2025), the opening of Gumi Clinic (Outpatient Rehabilitation Center) (April 2025), and the operation of the Moonlight Children's Hospital (September 2025).

In addition, Gumi City is implementing various demand-driven health care policies, such as a mental health support project for overcoming infertility and paid shingles vaccinations for those aged 65 and older.

Gumi City Mayor Kim Jangho stated, "It is meaningful that the plans we developed to improve the health of local residents have been recognized for two consecutive years," adding, "We will continue to actively promote various projects based on the regional health care plan so that all citizens can enjoy a healthy daily life."
