"Biznep Sena" is an AI-based consultation service that provides 24/7 answers to complex tax, labor, and legal questions. When users submit business-related inquiries, the AI responds with an accuracy comparable to that of a tax accountant with more than 10 years of experience. In particular, the system continuously learns the latest laws and precedents in real time, and its answers are validated by a group of professionals, including active tax accountants, labor consultants, and lawyers, to further enhance accuracy and reliability.

Biznep is expanding its service reach through collaborations with the financial sector. Recently, the company integrated "Biznep Sena" into the K Bank internet banking app, providing AI-powered tax consultation services. This offers a new user experience by connecting financial activities with tax consultations and demonstrates the potential for service expansion through partnership models.

Going forward, Genterprise plans to further broaden its service scope through technological advancements. Moving beyond business tax-focused consultations, the company is developing specialized AI agents capable of calculating and advising on complex taxes such as capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and gift tax at an expert level, with the aim of launching these within the year.
