Daejeon to Operate Hometown Love Donation Promotional Booth at 2025 Daejeon Bread Festival

Additional Gifts and Prizes Offered to On-Site Donors

Daejeon City will operate a promotional booth for the Daejeon Hometown Love Donation Program at the site of the "2025 Daejeon Bread Festival," which will be held from October 18 to 19 in the Soje-dong cafe street and the Daedongcheon area.

The booth has been set up to inform festival visitors and citizens about the purpose of the Hometown Love Donation Program and how to participate, as well as to provide an opportunity to contribute to the development of Daejeon through donations.

In particular, visitors who make donations on-site will receive not only the standard return gifts but also additional gifts and a chance to participate in a roulette event to win small prizes.

The booth will provide information on tax deduction benefits, details about return gifts, and distribute promotional brochures. A professional host will run interactive programs to enhance understanding of the donation program.

In addition, online pre-event promotions will be conducted using platforms such as the Naver and Daejeon Hometown Love landing pages.

Daejeon City expects that, through this event, the Hometown Love Donation Program will be recognized as more than just a donation system, but as a communicative program in which citizens, former residents, and tourists can participate and connect. The city also anticipates maximizing the promotional effects for local specialties and tourism resources.
