At this office, residents can obtain over 140 types of documents, including resident registration certificates and family relationship certificates, as well as local tax certificates and land and building registers. In particular, documents that cannot be processed through unmanned civil service kiosks-such as seal certificates and certificates of personal signature verification-can be issued here, along with documents on behalf of family members or representatives.
Additionally, 22 unmanned civil service kiosks within the district will operate as usual. For detailed information such as locations and operating hours, residents can contact the 365 Civil Service Office.
Kim Ikang, Mayor of Seo-gu District, stated, "Even during the holiday period, we will minimize inconvenience to residents through prompt and courteous administration," and added, "We will do our utmost to ensure that all Seo-gu residents can enjoy a happy and safe holiday."
