Theme: "The Gift of Novels, Changing Lives"
Wanju County Central Library announced on October 2 that it will host a special humanities lecture featuring novelist Choi Jin-young on October 11 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. in the multipurpose auditorium on the third floor of the Central Library.
This special lecture, themed "The Gift of Novels, Changing Lives," will be led by Choi Jin-young, an author who has resonated deeply with readers through numerous works such as "Proof of the Ball," "Sunset," "Dreams of Becoming Myself," and "The Only One."
During the lecture, Choi Jin-young will share candid insights on how writing and reading novels can transform our lives, and discuss the significance of literature for both personal growth and social relationships.
Kim Eunhee, Director of the Library Services Office, stated, "Novels are more than just stories-they have the power to change the course of our lives and open new perspectives. We hope this special lecture will help county residents rediscover the value of literature and experience the deeper joy of reading."
