Heeyoung Park, mayor of Yongsan District in Seoul, visited traditional markets and alleyway shopping districts in the area on October 1, ahead of the Chuseok holiday, to communicate with local residents.

On this day, Mayor Park visited Ichon Market, Yongmun Market, and Huam Market, as well as the Royal Shopping Arcade, Samsung The Mart, and the Sunheon Hwangguibi-gil alleyway shopping district. She greeted merchants and joined in traditional market shopping by purchasing fruits, traditional sweets, and Chuseok holiday goods with Onnuri gift certificates. She also listened to merchants' concerns about rising prices and declining sales.
