Information about the land parcels is available on the Gumi City Hall website (by category: Urban/Real Estate - Urban Planning - Urban Development), and details about individual properties can be found on Onbid.

The parcels will be sold through a public competitive bidding process, with the highest bid winning. The electronic bidding will be conducted via Onbid, the electronic asset disposal system operated by Korea Asset Management Corporation. Bidding will take place sequentially from October to December, with auctions scheduled for the third week of each month.

The area is well-suited for residential purposes, with Ok-gye Elementary and Middle Schools and Kumoh National Institute of Technology nearby, providing a favorable educational environment. Residents can also benefit from the living infrastructure of the adjacent Ok-gye urban area.

Additionally, the proximity to National Industrial Complex District 4, the expansion district, and the High-Tech Valley offers excellent accessibility between workplaces and residences, making it ideal for factory workers. Further population inflow is anticipated due to the construction of the new Daegu-Gyeongbuk Airport. The Gupo-Saenggok national highway bypass and Sanho-daero are adjacent to District 1, and National Highways 25 and 67 are nearby, allowing for convenient access to major road networks.

Kim Jangho, Mayor of Gumi, stated, "We will do our utmost to ensure the successful sale of District 1 land parcels, which will contribute to revitalizing the local economy by attracting new residents and improving living conditions."
