According to Seo-gu District, this education is a mandatory legal training under the Multi-Family Housing Management Act, which requires members of the resident representative meetings to complete four hours of training annually. The program is designed to strengthen the capabilities of members and promote the fair operation of the resident representative meetings.

The training was led by Kim Youngbeom and Lim Sangho, official instructors from the Central Multi-Family Housing Management Support Center. The curriculum focused on topics such as duties and ethics related to the management of multi-family housing under relevant laws and management regulations, guidelines for selecting business operators, and matters related to the establishment and adjustment of long-term repair plans and accounting for multi-family housing.

Kim Ikang, mayor of Seo-gu District Office, stated, "Multi-family housing is more than just a residential space; it is a living community that realizes residents' happiness, safety, and communication and harmony among neighbors. We will spare no institutional and administrative support to ensure that resident representative meetings are operated transparently."

Meanwhile, since 2018, Seo-gu District has signed a consignment contract with the Central Multi-Family Housing Management Support Center and has been conducting both online and in-person training sessions.
