Visits to 13 Facilities Including Welfare Centers for the Disabled and Nursing Homes for the Elderly

According to the Seo-gu Council on September 30, this visit was organized to provide comfort and warmth, even in a small way, to neighbors struggling due to the economic downturn and worsening living conditions, with the aim of ensuring everyone can enjoy a bountiful and warm holiday.
In particular, by personally visiting places in need of support and sharing their hearts through acts of giving, the council added significance to the event by helping to spread a sense of community and togetherness throughout the region.
On this day, the Seo-gu Council visited 13 social welfare facilities in the district, including facilities for people with disabilities, nursing homes for the elderly, and child protection centers, to deliver consolation goods such as fruit and daily necessities.
The council also listened to the difficulties faced by facility staff and workers, expressed deep gratitude for their dedicated efforts, and conveyed their commitment to continue standing with them as reliable partners in the future.
Chairman Jeon Seungil stated, "Although it is a small gesture, I hope it brings strength to our neighbors facing difficulties, and I wish everyone a happy and fulfilling holiday. We will continue to work closely with residents to build a warm and supportive local community."
Meanwhile, the Seo-gu Council plans to continue various neighborly support and sharing activities, working in cooperation with local residents, social welfare organizations, and volunteers to foster a community characterized by solidarity and compassion.
The council also reaffirmed its commitment not to stop at simple support, but to work together on policy initiatives to improve residents' living conditions and expand welfare, striving to create a warm and inclusive community centered on communication and participation where everyone can live well.
