RYUTEN Launches AI Transformation Business with Establishment of In-House Company 'RYUTEN AX'

Considering the rapid pace of AI development, RYUTEN decided to establish RYUTEN AX as a Company in Company to enable swift and independent decision-making. RYUTEN AX aims to drive productivity innovation through AI transformation across various sectors, including businesses, schools, and public institutions. By directly developing and providing agentic AI optimized for the unique characteristics and work processes of each organization, the company plans to lead the customized AI solutions market.

RYUTEN AX will focus on several key areas: providing education and consulting for enterprises and institutions transitioning to AI; offering RYUTEN platforms tailored for corporate and educational environments; and building agentic AI using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and MCP servers.

RYUTEN is already engaged in multiple AX success cases, such as developing an AI tool for press release writing for the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and participating in the construction of a generative AI platform for the Gido Office of Education. The company is also collaborating with Amorepacific on marketing-related projects.

In addition, RYUTEN has independently developed 'AutoBE,' a tool for quickly creating AI agents, which is actively used in internal work such as customer service, finance, and coding. Productivity in related departments at RYUTEN has reportedly improved by 15% to as much as 35% through the use of these in-house AI agents. These achievements will be detailed further in the upcoming 'RYUTEN Technologies AX Report,' which will be released soon.

Park Minjun, Head of Planning and Strategy at RYUTEN, has been appointed as the head of RYUTEN AX. Park has led the achievement of 5 million monthly active users (MAU) for RYUTEN and has spearheaded the planning and development of work-focused AI agents currently in use within the company. Park stated, "With the full-scale launch of the AX business, we are accelerating the recruitment of AI agent developers," adding, "As multiple AX collaboration projects are underway, we expect to see a steady stream of additional achievements."

Lee Seyoung, CEO of RYUTEN, commented, "Companies and institutions considering AI transformation can rapidly achieve productivity innovation with RYUTEN AX, which is already proven in real-world work environments," and added, "We will expand our corporate vision of making AI easy and accessible for everyone into the AX sector as well."
