HYBE Family Night Invites Employees' Families and Friends
HYBE announced on the 29th that it held the '2025 HYBE Family Night' at its Yongsan headquarters in Seoul on the 27th.
HYBE Family Night, now in its third year since its launch in 2023, is an event where employees' families and acquaintances are invited to the company building on the day of the 'Seoul World Fireworks Festival' held at Yeouido Hangang Park in Seoul. This year, 936 people applied, resulting in a competition ratio of 13 to 1. Through a lottery, 73 teams, approximately 250 people, were selected to participate.
The invited families and acquaintances enjoyed the fireworks festival from the company's top-floor cafeteria, caf?, and rooftop garden. They took commemorative photos at the photo zone, had dinner, and joined a lucky draw event. Chairman Bang Si-hyuk visited the venue, greeted families, and watched the fireworks together with them.
In May, HYBE also hosted 'HYBE Family Day,' a company tour program for employees' families in celebration of Family Month. Participants toured facilities within the headquarters, such as the screening room, recording studio, choreography practice room, and photo studio, experiencing the company's work and culture firsthand.
A HYBE representative said, "We designed this event as an experience that goes beyond simple welfare benefits, allowing employees and their families to participate together," adding, "We will continue to offer a variety of programs so that our employees can feel satisfied with and proud of the company."
Meanwhile, HYBE operates a range of family-friendly welfare programs, including maternity leave and congratulatory bonuses, parental leave for both men and women, family care leave, and childcare support for infants and toddlers. In addition, the company has partnerships with resorts and hotels, allowing employees to use these facilities at discounted rates.
