With the government’s computer network virtually paralyzed due to the fire at the National Information Resources Service, a notice reading "Entry with mobile passes is not allowed due to the fire at the National Information Resources Service" is posted at the entrance of the Government Complex Seoul in Jongno-gu, Seoul, on September 29.
