On Monday, the 29th, dense fog with visibility less than 200 meters is expected to form mainly in inland areas in the morning, requiring extra caution for traffic safety during the morning commute. Morning temperatures will drop below 20 degrees Celsius in most regions, bringing distinctly autumn weather.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 28th, dense fog with visibility less than 200 meters is expected in the central inland and northern inland areas of North Gyeongsang Province between the night of the 28th and the morning of the 29th. In other inland areas, fog with visibility less than 1 kilometer is expected. The Korea Meteorological Administration especially advised that fog may be even denser on roads near rivers, lakes, and valleys, urging drivers to be cautious and reduce speed when driving.

In the central region, it will be mostly cloudy at times, while the southern regions and Jeju Island will see generally cloudy skies. Occasional rain is expected in the southern coast of South Jeolla Province and Jeju Island in the early morning. In northern North Chungcheong Province and the northeastern mountainous areas of North Gyeongsang Province, brief showers of around 5 millimeters are expected in the late afternoon.

For the time being, temperatures will remain similar to the seasonal average, but the temperature difference between day and night will be significant, around 10 degrees Celsius. On the 29th, morning lows are forecast to be between 15 and 20 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs between 23 and 27 degrees Celsius.
