Jamsil Le El Shopping Mall Begins Full-Scale Leasing... Multiple Franchise Brands Join

It has been announced that the Jamsil Le El shopping mall is now in full-scale leasing.

Previously, the Jamsil Le El shopping mall secured the entry of multiple franchise brands and specialized businesses. Since franchises are known for thoroughly verifying location and demand before opening, their swift participation demonstrates that this commercial area possesses both stability and growth potential.

Various lifestyle, dining, and service businesses have joined, including KB Kookmin Bank, Park Seungcheol Hair, H PLACE, Cheongdam Banjeom, Simsung Language Academy, an optical shop, a convenience store, a flower shop, and a Pilates studio. In addition, medical businesses such as otolaryngology, orthopedics, dermatology, psychiatry, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, and internal medicine have been established, creating a commercial structure that serves both internal and external customers of the complex.

The Jamsil Le El shopping mall is characterized by its advantageous location. It is supported by a fixed consumer base of approximately 12,000 households, including 1,865 households within the complex itself, as well as nearby Park Rio (6,864 households) and Raemian I-Park (2,678 households). This is further strengthened by demand from office workers at Songpa District Office and the National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives, as well as floating populations from the Bangi-dong food alley, forming a robust consumer base.

Additionally, the mall is directly connected to Jamsil Station. Through an underground passage, the complex is linked to Jamsil Station, allowing for customer inflow regardless of weather or season. Its proximity to the Jamsil Tourist Special Zone-including Lotte World, Seokchon Lake, and Olympic Park-enables it to attract tourist demand as well.

The Jamsil Le El shopping mall is scheduled to open in January 2026, and a promotional center is currently operating in the Songpa District Office area.
