Korea Investment & Securities Expands Overseas Operations with Open Recruitment for Global Professionals

Korea Investment & Securities is conducting open recruitment for experienced professionals across all sectors of its global business. The aim is to secure specialized talent in line with the expansion of its overseas operations.

According to Korea Investment & Securities on September 26, the recruitment areas include: ▲ New York and Hong Kong branch management and sales support ▲ Business management for local subsidiaries in Vietnam and Indonesia ▲ Overseas legal support ▲ South and Southwest Asia business planning ▲ Overseas investment banking and alternative investments ▲ Alternative product sourcing ▲ Global infrastructure sales and operations.

Each position requires an understanding of the local financial industry and culture, job-related language proficiency, and one to five years of relevant experience. Applications will be accepted until September 29.

Korea Investment & Securities has strengthened its global talent recruitment over the past several years. The company has hired students from overseas universities through separate processes and has continuously recruited applicants for its global division through both entry-level and experienced open recruitment. As the company seeks new business opportunities beyond the domestic market and into the global arena, it explained that the scale of related hiring is expected to continue growing.

As of September 2025, Korea Investment & Securities operates 11 branches in countries including the United States, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Indonesia. In developed markets such as the United States and Hong Kong, the company is focusing its efforts on expanding its investment banking business, and is sourcing overseas financial products for the domestic market in cooperation with global financial firms such as Goldman Sachs and Carlyle. In emerging markets such as Vietnam and Indonesia, the company is pursuing business diversification through comprehensive securities firms, including retail, investment banking, and asset management.
