Hyundai Capital Announces Open Recruitment for New Employees in the Second Half of the Year

The recruitment fields include seven divisions: auto finance, digital, financial business, risk management, overseas business, finance and accounting, and management support.

The company plans to select talent aligned with its business vision of expanding beyond finance to the broader mobility ecosystem.

Hyundai Capital operates 19 subsidiaries in 14 countries, making it the most active Korean financial company in global business. Employees who have worked for more than two years are also given opportunities to work at overseas subsidiaries.

Anyone who has graduated from a four-year university (including graduate school) or is expected to graduate by February next year is eligible to apply. The recruitment process consists of a document screening, aptitude test, interview, and Trial Week, in that order.

Applications can be submitted on the Hyundai Capital recruitment website from today until October 13. The aptitude test and job-specific interviews will be conducted online in November.

For digital applicants, Hyundai Capital will conduct a coding and assignment test. Based on the results of the document screening and the coding/assignment test, candidates for the online aptitude test will be selected.

Trial Week will be held in December for those who pass the interview stage. Starting this year, the duration has been reduced from three days to two. Applicants will participate in a short-term project with team members from their desired department.

Trial Week will be conducted on an absolute evaluation basis. All applicants who demonstrate sufficient competency can pass, regardless of the competition rate. Successful candidates are scheduled to join the company on January 5 next year.

A Hyundai Capital recruitment officer said, "We have made the entire process non-face-to-face and shortened the Trial Week period," adding, "We will provide full support for new employees to build their careers in the global mobility market."
