According to the city on September 25, the two events are designed to offer citizens and tourists the enjoyment of a food festival, while providing young entrepreneurs with opportunities for challenge and networking. This unique festival is drawing attention as it allows visitors to enjoy both gourmet cuisine and entrepreneurship in one place.

The NS Food Festa will kick off on the 26th with an opening ceremony and the finals of the cooking competition, where participants will compete in the "Gourmet Ready Meal" and "University Student" categories. In addition, there will be a cooking show by chef Lee Miyoung, known as the "School Meal Master," as well as a food startup competition.

On the second day, the 27th, there will be a cooking contest for fathers and children, as well as a global ramen cooking competition, both open to families and foreigners. Star lecturer Choi Taesung will host a talk show exploring the relationship between food and culture, and a variety of experiences and performances will follow, including the "Challenge! Food Golden Bell" quiz, a kids' cooking class, and a performance by the Iksan City Arts Troupe.

In particular, a stamp tour will be held, offering special souvenirs on a first-come, first-served basis to visitors who participate in at least two of the following: the Lee Miyoung chef cooking show, Choi Taesung's food culture talk show, and the "Challenge! Food Golden Bell" event, adding to the enjoyment.

The "Great Iksan Youth Startup Festa," held at the same venue, will be an interactive festival where young startup companies, aspiring entrepreneurs, and citizens can come together.

Over the two days, a total of 28 booths will offer a wide range of exhibitions, hands-on experiences, consultations, and events. Startup companies will have the opportunity to explore new sales channels through NS Home Shopping MD consulting, aspiring entrepreneurs will receive startup consultations and mentoring, and citizens will be able to experience and enjoy youth startup products and events.

In the Startup Zone, visitors can sample and purchase products from youth startups, including the traditional tea "One Mile Water," traditional liquor and Makgeolli from "Choi Ri Brewery," and sand cookies from "Iksan Train Sand." The Participation Zone will feature exhibitions of university startup club items and hands-on programs for agricultural food and jewelry.

The Information Zone will offer consultations with NS Home Shopping MDs and industry experts, while the Event Zone will provide programs such as startup quizzes and roulette events for citizens to enjoy together.

The city expects that this festival will provide tourists with flavorful and enjoyable experiences, revitalizing the local economy, while offering young entrepreneurs opportunities for new sales channels and growth.

Mayor Jung Heon-yul stated, "This weekend, a festival will unfold where you can enjoy the best food and feel the passion of young entrepreneurs. We will do our utmost to establish Iksan City as the center of the food industry and a city where young people can confidently pursue their dreams."
