Hyundai Motor Company will simultaneously conduct recruitment for new employees, experienced professionals, and a special recruitment for new employees with disabilities, in line with Hyundai Motor Group's plan to newly hire 7,200 young people annually to revitalize the national economy and create jobs for young people.
For new employee recruitment, the company has set the experience requirement at "less than one year," focusing on selecting candidates with fundamental capabilities and high growth potential rather than practical work experience. For experienced professionals, the company will select candidates with job expertise regardless of their years of service.
The recruitment areas for new employees include research and development, production and manufacturing, business and planning, and management support. For experienced professionals and the special recruitment for new employees with disabilities, the positions are not limited to specific fields but cover all business areas.
