This training program, newly established this year, aims to prevent occupational accidents such as the increasing number of safety incidents at member institutions each year and is designed to support the creation of a safe working environment for teaching staff. The same program will also be held at the Daejeon TP Education Center on the 30th.

The main content of the training includes: ▲ safety management measures based on accident cases at member institutions, ▲ understanding of relevant laws such as the Industrial Safety and Health Act, ▲ a manual for fulfilling mandatory obligations, ▲ full-body posture analysis using artificial intelligence (AI) technology, and ▲ education on the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders. The curriculum focuses on key topics that safety and health officers at institutions need to be familiar with.

In particular, during the training, a program was conducted under expert guidance to help identify and manage potential musculoskeletal disorder cases by teaching management techniques for major skeletal areas and exercise methods for specific conditions.

Song Hajung, President of the Private School Teachers' Pension Service, stated, "I hope this training program provides an opportunity to enhance awareness of disaster prevention responsibilities for each safety stakeholder," adding, "We will continue to seek ways to support the reduction of occupational accidents in the future."

Meanwhile, the Private School Teachers' Pension Service will expand its training programs for occupational accident prevention. On October 30 and November 27, disaster prevention programs will be offered to all teaching staff regardless of their job roles, and efforts to spread a culture of safety and reduce accidents will continue through customized disaster prevention training tailored to the working environment of teaching staff.
