The Asia Economy Education Center is recruiting trainees for its "Medical and Healthcare Big Data Analysis-Based Medical Research and AI Healthcare Service Model Development Program," aimed at nurturing artificial intelligence (AI) experts who will lead the future of the medical and healthcare industries.

This program focuses on cultivating practical medical science talent capable of developing innovative services by integrating data analysis and AI technologies into the medical and healthcare sectors. Participants will learn through a systematic curriculum, ranging from programming fundamentals such as Python, R, and SQL, to advanced technologies including large language models (LLM), LangChain, and AI modeling (ML/DL/NLP).

Hands-on Projects with Medical Staff from Seoul National University Hospital and National Cancer Center

The greatest strength of this program lies in its hands-on projects. Current professionals-including medical staff from Seoul National University Hospital and the National Cancer Center, as well as chief technology officers (CTOs) from digital therapeutics companies-participate as project mentors, directly imparting the skills and know-how required in real industry settings.

To rapidly enhance learning efficiency, trainees will complete more than five projects structured in three stages of increasing difficulty (Basic, Semi, Final). They can also pursue independent projects tailored to their own domain knowledge and areas of interest.

Graduates of previous cohorts have produced innovative results, such as a "Multimodal Digital Biomarker-Based Early Differential AI Solution for Parkinson's Disease," "Food Allergy Protein Epitope Prediction," "Deep Learning Algorithm for Arrhythmia Prediction," and "AlphaFold-Based Detailed Diagnostic Model for Thyroid Diseases."

Participants are also provided with extensive support benefits, including internship opportunities, support for certification exam fees and competition participation, merit-based scholarships, team activity funds, and access to paid software. After completing the program, trainees receive personalized career consulting, as well as support for internships and job recommendations with partner companies, enabling meaningful career development.
