According to Seogu District on the 24th, the inspection will cover a total of 147 sites across seven categories: 23 disaster-prone facilities such as steep slopes and erosion control structures; 38 transportation facilities including public parking lots, bridges, and pedestrian overpasses; 9 welfare facilities such as daycare centers and senior centers; 25 living and leisure facilities including children's parks, libraries, and sports facilities; and 25 public and private construction sites within the district.

To ensure thorough inspections, the district has formed a joint public-private inspection team consisting of 40 safety management advisors-experts in fields such as architecture, electricity, fire safety, and construction safety-as well as related agencies. The inspection team will focus on checking for structural cracks and damage, the status of safety management for fire, electricity, and gas, and safety measures for heavy snow and cold waves during the winter season.

Additionally, the district will operate a special inspection team directly under the district mayor, called "Safety Eosadae," which includes public officials, citizen auditors, the safety management advisory group, and the Korea Infrastructure Safety and Technology Corporation. This team will conduct special inspections of 10 safety-vulnerable facilities within the district.

Kim Ikang, Mayor of Seogu District, stated, "We will thoroughly conduct preemptive inspections focusing on facilities and sites at risk of disaster, eliminate risk factors at an early stage, and create a safe environment that residents can truly feel."
