Ringnet, a company specializing in IT infrastructure development, announced on September 23 that it will transition from having Lee Jooseok, the founder and vice chairman, as the sole CEO to a co-CEO system with Lee Jungmin, the president overseeing operations.
This strategic decision aims to strengthen the company's external sales competitiveness and growth momentum by combining the dynamic leadership of a professional manager with the founder's extensive experience in the rapidly changing IT market.
The newly appointed CEO, Lee Jungmin, is recognized as a sales expert with both professional knowledge and on-site experience. After graduating from the University of Bristol with a degree in Economics, Lee began accumulating field experience at Ringnet in management support and procurement logistics. Lee then led achievements at the forefront of sales, working directly with major clients such as Naver Cloud, SK Hynix, and Coupang.
CEO Lee has spearheaded various process and system innovations within the company. Most recently, as Chief Operating Officer (COO), Lee oversaw company-wide sales and business operations, driving stable growth.
Under the new co-CEO system, CEO Lee Jooseok will focus on management support and human resources, while CEO Lee Jungmin will oversee all business operations, leading market expansion and the discovery of new growth engines.
A Ringnet representative stated, "CEO Lee Jungmin is prepared to lead aggressive sales and growth as a sales expert. Moving forward, we will continue shareholder return policies such as increasing the dividend payout ratio and issuing bonus shares, while accelerating our long-term growth strategy centered on high value-added businesses such as IT infrastructure, AI, and cloud."
