Suspected of Refusing a Breathalyzer Test Under the Road Traffic Act
A famous YouTuber in his 30s was arrested after refusing a breathalyzer test and fleeing the scene.
On September 23, the Songpa Police Station in Seoul announced that they had apprehended a man in his 30s, identified as Mr. A, who had fled after refusing a breathalyzer test. He is currently under investigation.
Mr. A is suspected of parking his car on a road in Songpa District and fleeing approximately 300 meters after police, responding to a report of suspected drunk driving, attempted to pursue him at around 3:40 a.m. on September 21. He is being investigated for refusing a breathalyzer test under the Road Traffic Act.
It is reported that he repeatedly refused the police's request for a breathalyzer test before being arrested at the scene.
Mr. A has been identified as a famous YouTuber with 1.65 million subscribers.
The police are working to determine the exact details of the incident.
