This festival was organized under the theme of a "festival created by youth," with the Youth Festival Planning Group (led by Byun Yunha) and the Youth Policy Council (chaired by Kim Junghwa) directly planning and operating the booths and programs to reflect the experiences and culture desired by young people.
At the venue, around 20 booths-including a flea market run by young entrepreneurs, food trucks, youth communities, the Youth Mind Center, and Daekyung University-attracted many citizens. Over a thousand visitors of various ages participated, enjoying the festival together in the autumn atmosphere.
The performance stage featured local youth bands such as Airdrock, The Standard, and The Loft. These performances provided opportunities for the bands to challenge themselves and grow, while also offering cultural enjoyment to the citizens.
Later, popular singers including Bang Yedam, Kyungseo, and Gaogai took the stage, creating a moment where both youth and citizens came together through music.
This year's event was particularly meaningful as it was made possible through designated donations and sponsorships from local businesses such as the Namyangju branch of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation, Seon Architects & Engineers, Hyundai Premium Outlet Space 1, Binggrae, and Cosmos Confectionery, as well as local youth mentors Kim Taeseop and Kim Minkyeong.
Mayor Joo Gwangdeok stated, "Through this festival, we have confirmed the potential for youth to independently shape local culture," adding, "The city will continue to actively support youth-led cultural activities and firmly back young people so they can grow together with the local community through challenges and achievements."
