- Both End-Users and Investors Flocked In... Over 12,000 Visitors in 3 Days of Model House Opening, Creating a Festival-Like Crowd
- Special Supply on the 29th, First-Priority Applications on the 30th, Second-Priority Applications on October 1
The Hanwha Corporation Construction Division's model house for "Hanwha Forena Ulsan Mugeo," unveiled in Mugeo-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan, drew a steady stream of visitors throughout the weekend from the moment it opened, resulting in a highly successful turnout. Over the three days following the opening, more than 12,000 people visited, with long lines forming at the entrance, creating a scene reminiscent of a bustling festival.
Inside the model house, visitors crowded to view the 84㎡A/C and 109㎡ units. After checking out the actual layouts and storage-focused designs, they responded positively. It was also easy to spot a wide range of visitors, from newlyweds to middle-aged and older adults, receiving consultations and expressing their intention to apply for the lottery.
Visitors who toured the model house in person expressed high satisfaction with the complex's excellent location and future value. Choi, a 39-year-old resident of Mugeo-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan, said, "After seeing the 84㎡ type for myself, I was impressed by the specialized designs such as the circular pantry and island kitchen. I also liked that it features community facilities like a sky lounge, which are rare in Ulsan, so I'm seriously considering applying for the lottery."
Due to its high future value and product appeal, "Hanwha Forena Ulsan Mugeo" is expected to attract strong support from buyers, resulting in fierce competition for subscriptions.
The reasonable sales conditions are also noteworthy: ▲ a fixed first contract payment of 10 million won ▲ 60% of the interim payment at zero interest ▲ a safe transfer program allowing resale before the first interim payment ▲ a competitive starting price in the 600 million won range. With sales prices rising rapidly in the market, these terms, which reduce the initial financial burden, make the offering especially attractive to genuine homebuyers.
The model house will remain open for viewing until the 28th, with daily first-come, first-served gift events for visitors. In addition, prize draw events are scheduled for the 27th and 28th, which is expected to keep visitor interest high.
The sales schedule begins with special supply on September 29, followed by first-priority applications on September 30 and second-priority applications on October 1. The winners will be announced on October 15, with official contracts scheduled for the end of October. First-priority applications are open to residents of Ulsan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, and Gyeongsangnam-do who are at least 19 years old, have subscribed to the housing subscription savings account for at least six months, and have deposited the required amount by region and area. Both heads of households, household members, and existing homeowners are eligible. The resale restriction period is six months, and there are no requirements for a minimum period of residence or restrictions on winning multiple times, making it less burdensome for applicants.
An industry insider commented, "Recently, in Ulsan, the number of apartment sales transactions increased by 24% year-on-year through July of this year. In addition, the Housing Industry Research Institute's 'Housing Business Sentiment Index' for September rose by 5.7 points from the previous month to 85.7, indicating a clear recovery in the presale market. As the market heats up, there is strong interest in 'Hanwha Forena Ulsan Mugeo,' a large-scale development being supplied in a prime location in Nam-gu for the first time in a while. The enthusiasm seen at the model house is likely to translate into strong subscription results."
