Delivery of Over 500 Units of Yupancy Pop Tablets
Yuyu Pharmaceutical announced on the 22nd that it will provide vitamin supplements to support the children's drawing contest held at the Seoul National Cemetery in celebration of the 77th Armed Forces Day.
Yuyu Pharmaceutical delivered around 500 units of Yupancy Pop tablets to the Armed Forces Honor Association, which is hosting the event. The donated products will be given to participants on the day of the contest. The theme of this year's contest is "Drawing National Heroes, Excavation of the Remains of Korean War Soldiers," and participants are encouraged to depict the national heroes who defended South Korea during the Korean War and the current armed forces who continue their legacy.
The contest will take place at 10 a.m. on the 28th at the Memorial Square of the Seoul National Cemetery in Dongjak-gu, Seoul. It is open to children aged 8 to 13 and will be divided into two categories: lower and upper grades. The grand prize winner will receive an award from the Minister of National Defense and a scholarship. To apply, participants should visit the website of the Armed Forces Honor Association and fill out the application form.
Yuyu Pharmaceutical is collaborating with the Ministry of National Defense's Agency for Killed in Action Recovery & Identification and is promoting the "Yuyu Campaign" to raise awareness about the excavation of the remains of Korean War soldiers. The "Yuyu Campaign" carries the message, "You and your acquaintances could also be bereaved families." The campaign aims to revitalize efforts to locate the remains of over 120,000 soldiers who died in the Korean War but have not yet been recovered, and to honor them at the National Cemetery through DNA matching with their families.
