The forecasted rainfall is expected to reach 20 to 60 millimeters or more in most areas of Gwangju and South Jeolla Province. Morning temperatures are expected to range from 20 to 23 degrees Celsius, with daytime highs reaching 26 to 29 degrees Celsius.

On the 21st, the region will come under the influence of the edge of a high-pressure system moving from northern China to the northeastern East Sea, resulting in mostly cloudy conditions.
