Creverse Signs MOU with FuriosaAI for AI-Based Educational Innovation

Creverse, a leading domestic edtech company led by CEO Lee Donghoon, announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with FuriosaAI, an AI semiconductor development company, to jointly pursue commercialization strategies in the education sector through the application of AI technology and related infrastructure.

Under this agreement, Creverse will leverage its extensive learning, assessment, counseling, and operational data accumulated in the education industry to spearhead the planning of AI-driven services and market development. The company also plans to utilize collaboration channels with both public and private institutions to drive commercialization efforts.

FuriosaAI, recognized as a leading next-generation AI innovation company and unicorn startup in Korea, will support NPU-based AI model performance optimization, computational efficiency features, and AI computing infrastructure through this partnership. Additionally, FuriosaAI will propose ways to jointly utilize high-performance computing resources required for AI model training and inference, thereby accelerating AI innovation.

Creverse provides personalized learning experiences by precisely analyzing and offering feedback on student learning data through its self-developed AI English learning assessment engine, 'HUMMINGo' (formerly Hummingbird). Recently, the company also signed a business agreement with LG Uplus to promote the Education AX (AI Experience) business, which combines AI counseling technology with telecommunications infrastructure.

Through this partnership, the two companies plan to jointly advance personalized learning services based on AI technology, discover new educational models utilizing large-scale educational data, and enhance edtech competitiveness in both domestic and international markets. Furthermore, they aim to create innovative cases that attract global attention by integrating technology and education.
