The following expert panel discussion, under the theme "Establishing Post-Management Measures for Sustainable Urban Regeneration," will be chaired by Choi Yeol, member of the Central Urban Planning Committee. Panelists include Jeong Heeseong, member of the Gyeongsangnam-do Provincial Council; Son Giuk, Director of Future Development in Hamyang County; and Jang Byeongsu, head of the Miryang Cultural City Center.

The forum aims to identify improvement tasks related to urban regeneration issues and discover practical support projects through discussions, based on mutual cooperation among national, metropolitan, and local governments.

Previously, on June 16, Gyeongsangnam-do co-hosted the first urban regeneration policy forum with Yangsan City at the Gyeongnam Research Institute.

At that event, the provincial government discussed new directions for urban regeneration in response to changes in the national urban policy, and delivered opinions and policy proposals to the central government regarding the importance of a sustainable operational system and post-management in urban regeneration.
