Gyeonggi Province Awards Certificates to 13 "Good Companies" Practicing Social Responsibility

Gyeonggi Province has certified 13 companies as "Gyeonggi-do Good Companies" for their contributions to regional development through the realization of social values such as social contribution and ethical management, awarding certificates at the Suwon Ramada Hotel on the 18th.


This year, the certified companies include 11 newly certified companies and 2 recertified companies, consisting of 10 small and medium-sized enterprises and 3 social economy organizations.


These companies were selected through a screening process based on 10 criteria, including soundness, fairness, consumer protection, eco-friendly management, employment equality, and contribution to the local economy.

The recertified companies, which are those whose certification validity has expired, include Ace LED Co., Ltd. and Gamdong CLEAN Cooperative (Choi Myungsook) in the social economy organization category.


Gyeonggi Province will support the selected companies with a "Gyeonggi-do Good Company" certification plaque and trademark usage rights for three years. In addition, a total of 18 types of incentives will be provided, including marketing and business development grants for each company and additional points in Gyeonggi Province’s SME support programs.


Go Youngin, Gyeonggi Province Deputy Governor for Economic Affairs, stated, "Good Companies are those that go beyond simple economic achievements to fulfill their social responsibilities and coexist with the local community. The province will continue to provide multifaceted support so that Good Companies can grow with pride."
