Gwangju China Center and Gangjin Culture Foundation Join Hands to Boost Tourism Exchange On the 17th, Gwangju China Center and Gangjin County Culture and Tourism Foundation signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to promote cultural, artistic, and tourism exchanges. Provided by Honam University

On September 17, the Gwangju China Center announced that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Gangjin County Culture and Tourism Foundation to promote exchanges in culture, arts, and tourism.


The agreement, which was signed at the Gwangju China Center on the 17th, was established to strengthen interregional cultural and tourism connections and promote mutual development by leveraging the Gwangju China Center's experience and infrastructure in exchanges with China, together with Gangjin County's rich historical and cultural resources.


Going forward, the two organizations plan to collaborate on a variety of initiatives, including jointly planning and operating Korea-China cultural exchange programs, cooperating to promote Gangjin's tourism resources, expanding participation in cultural events and festivals, and facilitating information exchange among staff members.


Jung Jongil, Director of the Gwangju China Center, said, "Through ongoing exchanges and cooperation, we will discover a variety of integrated cultural and tourism content, and in doing so, inject new vitality into the region's culture and tourism."
