On this day, Governor Kim Deokhyun and about 60 employees gathered in one place to freely communicate and share stories on the theme of integrity.
During the talk concert, there were lively discussions on a variety of topics, including communication and conflict resolution between generations within the organization, situations outside of work that place a burden on junior civil servants, and desirable leadership styles. This event greatly contributed to enhancing mutual understanding between generations and fostering a culture of integrity within the organization.
Through this Integrity Talk Concert, Yeoncheon County provided an important opportunity to strengthen integrity within the public sector and promote communication and harmony among civil servants. Moving forward, Yeoncheon County plans to continue its efforts to enhance integrity in public service and to build a healthy organizational culture.
Governor Kim Deokhyun stated, "This event once again reminded me of the importance of communication and empathy," and added, "We will continue to create opportunities for intergenerational communication among public officials to build a more transparent Yeoncheon County."
